Gail Williams is a certified Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor. In the fitness industry for over six years, Gail has combined her business and fitness acumen to create Simply Fitness, a company with the mission of improving her client’s strength, flexibility and eating habits. Gail combines her nutrition and physical fitness expertise while using stability and medicine balls, bands, free weights, strength machines and cardiovascular training to motivate her clients and enhance their energy and overall health.
Her philosophy on strength training is to improve a person’s functional fitness and strengthen the muscles needed for everyday movement. Gail helps her clients improve their balance and core strength by focusing on proper form, breathing techniques and promoting self-awareness. She also places emphasis on cardiovascular exercise to strengthen the heart. She communicates the importance of incorporating this into her client’s lifestyle.
She is an energetic instructor whose main priorities in fitness are client safety, enjoyment and education. After thirteen years in the corporate world, Gail pursued her passion to focus on helping others experience the benefits of physical fitness. She defines this career as preventative healthcare, achieving results for the well being of all.
