Traci Fairheart

I have been in the fitness industry for 20 years working as a group exercise instructor, personal trainer, and as a Doctor of Physical Therapy. I have run my own Physical Therapy clinic specializing in orthopedics and sports medicine with specialization in sports training and fitness training.  Currently, I am running my own Physical Therapy and Personal Training Business at Ironbound Gym in Williamsburg, VA. I currently teach spin classes, p90x, bootcamp classes, and more weekly.
