Tiffany is a fun, compassionate and energetic fitness instructor. She has been in the industry for over 25 years, teaching a variety of fitness formats. Her specialty for the past 15 years has been yoga. Tiffany has her E-RYT, which means she has over 1,000 hours of teaching and is a registered (Nationally certified) Yoga Teacher. She has been through many trainings over the years, thus she can teach almost any style of yoga. She currently teaches: Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Gentle, Restorative, Family, Kids, pre/post natal, Power yoga and offers private yoga for those with special conditions that need more one to one attention. Although yoga has been her main focus she also teaches pilates, pop pilates, core training and aqua classes.
Tiffany is very dedicated to her students and enjoys taking them out of their comfort zones. Her philosophy on the mat is to try, just have fun and see what the body can do today. Yoga is a journey and not a race, so we all start somewhere.
