I am a certified fitness instructor through AFAA.  I have been teaching group exercise classes since 2007.  I enjoy teaching various formats and all-levels.  I currently teach for 3 facilities averaging 10-15 classes per week.  I enjoy teaching all populations, and love making connections with members and assisting them with their wellness journies.  I love creating fun, energetic, and challenging classes!  I teach the following formats:
