Becki Umland

I was born and raised in Colorado. I love to be active and this is a great state to do it in. I am married to an amazing man who is supportive of my fitness goals and career. We love to go hiking, camping, boating, and snowboarding with our two dogs. Since I was young I have always been in a sport, whether it be basketball, softball, golf, volleyball, hockey or any sport I could find. I currently work full time as and Administrator for a Construction company and at night I have the privilege to teach multiple classes. I love helping people with their fitness goals and being involved in my community. I have had the privileged to travel to different places in the world and love seeking new challenges, learning and seeing new places.
