I received my Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Certifications in 2017. I have been training individuals in home since Sept 2017 to the present. And when I'm not teaching, you can find me indulging in my next travel adventure, Tabata workouts, and the occasional chocolate covered strawberry while sporting my new Reebok runners.
