My name is Kelly Cousens and I am both an assistant manager at lululemon in Halifax, and a group fitness instructor at ROGUE. Currently, I teach 3 circuit classes/week combining my favourite exercises including the usage of the TRX trainer, the TRX RIP trainer, kettlebells and body weight exercises. I have been certified in trx, schwinn cycling and kettlebell since 2014 and have been teaching a variety of classes and circuits in these disciplines ever since. I'm also an avid runner, i've completed 3 marathons and will be running the Dublin International marathon in October 2018 with my dad.
I love to inspire my community and those around me to live happy and healthy lives and believe that I am a leader among my peers. My core values of fun and humour definitely play a part in my teaching style as I love to make my clients feel both challenged and comfortable through sweat!
