Michelle Suding has been teaching group exercise classes since 1992. She holds certifications from AFAA, ACE, ACSM and Resist-a-Ball. Michelle works full-time for TriHealth Fitness & Health Pavilion, a medically based fitness and wellness center. Her part-time work includes being an official examiner for AFAA Primary Certification, an adjunct instructor for Cincinnati State Community and Technical College and presenting a personal training certification. Currently, Michelle’s teaches group fitness class at TriHealth and at Cincinnati State. Her classes include kickboxing, step, stability ball, total body conditioning, bootcamp, mind/body stretch, upper and lower body sculpt and core conditioning. Michelle’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration and a Master of Science degree in Exercise and Health Studies. Areas of interest to her include resistance training for overall strength and toning, improving body composition through aerobic training and weight management. She enjoys helping people decipher through the vast array of fitness and health materials within their reach. Michelle resides in Sunman, Indiana.
