I have been teaching, coaching and telraining students and athletes over the last 10 years.  I have a great pasison for physical education and activity for a lifetime.   To continue adult education for physical literacy and aftocity for all people to lead a healthy lifestyle^.  Before teaching I played played college divisions 1 softball where I pursued my PE certification as well as a health minor and where I my husband.  We now have two beautiful children who also pursue an active childhood!
