I started practicing yoga in college to connect with myself and be present. Yoga is a path I choose to walk down because it allows me to view the world through a lens that creates space for compassion, discernment, and gratitude.

I completed my 200 hour yoga therapeutics training with Asheville Yoga Center and my 300 hour advanced therapeutics training with Beloved Yoga. I have taught yoga in country clubs, elementary schools, high schools, studios, and private homes.

In my classes, I teach to my audience and evaluate the best class that meets the needs of the participants. I have taught numerous different styles of yoga, including restorative, flow, beginner, and yin yoga.
