Kim started her yoga practice in 2004 and has been teaching since 2006. She maintains strong fluid sequences with emphasis on using the breath to guide and sustain you. Hands on adjustments is her way of helping you correct or deepen your posture for a full experience and release. Her goal is for you to find that strength (physically, mentally, emotionally) that lies deep within each and every one of us. “Kim has a great knack for encouraging and safely pushing you to your edge all with a sweet tone of voice while simultaneously kicking your ass."
Kim is also very versatile in her teaching, ranging from teaching the very beginner to the more advanced students. She keeps you motivated with encouragement and with great music. Along with yoga asanas, she has what her students describe as "magic hands". She intuitively knows just when and where a person needs a touch to bring calm and relief. She is very strict on correct form and alignment and is a strong believer that we practice yoga to heal ourselves. Besides teaching yoga, she has taught fitness classes scupt classes. Thai yoga massage is also another one of her specialties.
