Madeleine Hesselink

Mado has been teaching yoga since 2005 when she completed her first (of many) teacher trainings. A lifelong student and self-professed movement junkie, she incorporates elements from many disciplines into her light hearted and inclusive yoga classes. Her passion for anatomy and human movement inspire creativity and innovation while also informing her ability to modify and adapt each class for a variety of bodies. She is honored to be on staff at several regional teacher training programs and is the creator of teachingyoga.net, a yoga teacher resource.
