Hello

My name is Alexandra. I  am 33 y/o livng in Miami. I have been a registered nurse for 6 years now,  a yoga instructor for 2 years, and an avid yoga practitionner for 4 years. I msotly practice ashtanga and vinyasa. I mostly provide private session to healthcare personnel due to the amount of stress they deal with on a weekly basis. However, my mantra focuses on selfcare and selflove. I incorporate the importance to cherish ourselves mentally, physically ,and spiritually in my teaching. I have also enjoyed the many countries have travelled to the past few years. my husband is a fitness instructor as well, and his focus is teaching  people to stay motivated and energectic. it would be a pleasure to be part of the fitnessprotravel family. I also hold a master in nursing education and currently seeking my certificaiton in ayuverdic nutrition.
