Recently Graduated Pilates Instructor. I have been doing Pilates for about 4 years and I feel that it helped me through labor significantly with my second child. I feel that Pilates is beneficial for everyone and the fact that you work muscles you didn't realize that you had as well as work on posture and control of your body and muscle groups. 

 

I also am a Certified Health and Nutrition Coach. I find that this helps me to bridge the gap for my clients when it comes to needing not only mobility assistance, but helps provide them with the tools for mindset changes to be made and for them to begin to change their lives for the better.
