I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Yoga Instructor for four years and an advocate for healthy living with outstanding teamwork, compassion and intuitive skills. Extensively trained in health and wellness with a broad education and well-rounded background in various fields. Graduated with a BA in Health and Wellness from the University of Hawaii. Extensive history of working with people of all ages.  I love sharing my love for yoga with others and helping others become more active and healthy.  I mean we get one body..we might as well take good care of it! I love nature and am almost always smiling. Life is Good!
