Tamatha Crowson

I am 48-year old fitness professional with over 25 years experience in the field.  I currently run the largest Boot Camp Challenge group in the nation and was chosen 573 Magazine's Motivator of the Year.  I am the Fitness Director for a concierge healthcare managment company called 180 Healthcare and Manager of Snap Fitness in Cape Girardeau, MO. I am enthusiastic, genuine and dedicated to my clients and their personal fitness journeys.  I am also a NPC figure competitor.
