I am a 24 year old female working in my professional life as a registered nurse. Being that this is a very stressful job, I practice yoga almost daily and teach 1-2 classes per week. In addition, I use meditation and breathing techiniques for my patients as a nurse as well. I thouroughly enjoy helping others through my work as a nurse and as a yoga instructor. I truly believe that yoga is one of the best exercises and practices you can do for yourself. I find myself and my participants benefiting from the stress relief, increased strength and stability, and relaxing effects of yoga. I think I bring a challenging, yet inclusive and safe environment for participants to learn and practice yoga. I look forward to the opportunity to assist others in their yoga journey.
