Hey! My name is Lydia and I am a lead preschool teacher and college mentor/professor at Central Michigan University's Child Development and Learning Lab. I am AFAA group fitness certified as well as Zumba, Zumba Kids & Kids Jr., and STRONG by Zumba certified. Fitness is one of my passions and I love working out. I love the challenge of group fitness classes, the friends you make, and I use it as my source of stress relief. I enjoy travelling and spending time with my friends and family.
