Holly Healy

My name is Holly Healy and I have been teaching Yoga for 20 years. I love sharing my practice to others and empowering them to gain understanding of their bodies and the immense influence their minds have over their whole self. I am a mom of 3 young children and am also a Nurse Practitioner and my love for Yoga has positively influenced me in all aspects of my life both profressionally and personally
