I have been a certifed aerobic instructor for 10 years. I teach at several local gyms and teach all types of classes including step, low impact, muscle conditioning, bootcamp and yoga. I have been teaching yoga for two years. I am a fulltime mother of two girls and teach aobut 10 - 15 hours a week. I recently began conductinig fitness Birthday parties at one of the clubs that I work at. I also teach kid yoga classes.
