Ashley's yoga offerings mindfully explore a variety of movement, meditation and relaxation techniques. Together you'll find a method of practise that serves your body, mind and heart. Fill up your cup and let it overflow as you are coached through a transformational health programs. Her approach is grounded in a dedicated personal care practise and she holds space for those who also want to live an amazing & inspired life!

Ashley has trained in many varieties of yoga, movement & mediation including: Hatha, Vinyasa, Kundalini, Yin, Restorative, Yoga Nidra, Zen Meditation, Qi Gong, Sound Healing, Thai Massage & Dance. She is grateful to have been mentored under the guidance of Shoken Michael Stone, Seane Corn and a collection of other gifted teachers. Always a student, she is passionately dedicated to her own growth and practise. Her offerings reflect and draw upon a deep well of knowledge and experience from life and study. She guides mindfulful movement, meditation & relaxation classes, is an active member of her health coaching tribe at the Health Coach Institute and is currently studying bio mechanics/functional movement with Yoga Detour.

Her own has evolved and softened into an intuitive, adventurous  and adaptable approach to self care. As a being, living in a human body faced with the collection of lifes challenges we must get creative. Life commands our energy in so many ways. How do we show up for ourselves? Are we able to refill our cups and give the best of ourselves to others from the abundant overflow? When she is pulled from her centre she shows up with the question "what is needed right now?" encouraging students to consider the same. 

Her relaxing voice and gentle, caring approach allows students to feel well taken care of as they explore on their mats!
