Penny is a certified Group Fitness and Yoga Instructor with over 15 years of experience inspiring others through movement. She holds a 200-Hour RYT certification, specializing in Vinyasa Flow, Hatha, Sculpt, and meditation practices. In addition to teaching yoga on land, she brings a unique blend of balance and core strength to the water as a certified SUP Yoga instructor. Her diverse teaching background includes Cycle, Boot Camp, Barre, Mat Pilates, and popular Les Mills formats such as BodyPump, BodyBalance and Les Mills Barre. Passionate about creating inclusive, energizing classes, Penny is dedicated to helping individuals build strength, flexibility, and confidence—on and off the mat.
