Terri Sifford

I am 25 years old and was born in St. Louis, MO and currently reside in the Portland, OR area. Throughout high school I played numerous sports and stayed very active. When I began college I started taking weight training classes and decided I wanted to teach aerobics. I began teaching at our local gym and within a year I was certified as an instructor. I also began teaching at the university and was instructing anywhere from 8 - 13 classes a week. I graduated University of Missouri Rolla with a business administration degree and decided to pursue a fitness career. After graduation I moved back to St. Louis and became a manager and personal trainer at Wild Horse Fitness. Soon after I also obtained my personal training certification. I recently relocated to Portland, OR to enjoy the numerous outdoor activites and to become a full time trainer.
