I'm a former elementary and middle school teacher turned personal trainer and group fitness instructor. Being active has always been a part of my life and I enjoy helping people experience everything their bodies are capable of. I currently manage the Group Fitness Program at a YMCA with over 110 classes weekly. I am ACE certified and teach classes ranging from Stretch & Flow, Strength Conditioning, Core Conditioning, Tabata, Boot Camp, Group Cycle, and Group Power by Mossa.
