My introduction to yoga started with an exercise tape featuring Ali MacGraw, the actress. “Every once in a while something comes along that changes your life……Yoga.” Little did I know how right she was. After a few years of practicing with the video and attending basic yoga classes at a women’s fitness center, I was introduced to Ashtanga yoga in 2005. I practiced primary and the first half of second series Ashtanga in Pennsylvania until my husband and I retired to Florida in 2016. In our new home I have practiced with many different teachers of Hatha yoga, obtaining my RYT 200 Certification in December 2017. After raising three children and retiring from the business world, I look forward to bringing my passion for yoga to help others experience the good health, joy and peace that will come to them through practice.
