Yoga became a daily practice in 2011, at a vinyasa studio in Columbus, Ohio. I resonate with the symbolism in asanas, the energy of pranayama, and the opening to a more subtle way of being. My practice is an earnest, evolving story about unity.

My style as an instructor is to create an inspiring, safe, and compassionate space for students. I emphasize breath and cue proper alignment for body comfort and longevity. Classes include pranayama, adjustments, and mindful sequencing.

My personal practice includes the Ashtanga Primary Series, a daily pranayama and meditation sequence, hot vinyasa yoga, and workshops from influential teachers.
