Mitchell Bruce

My names Mitchell James-Bruce .

i’be been in health and fitness all my life having

trained from a young age as a dancer , primarily in ballet.

During my time as a dancer I spent most my time pushing my fitness to the limits , training my body to be more flexible whilst raising my stamina and endurance. With my dance background , I have gained a keen eye for detail which makes me able to correct body alignment issues , incorrect technique and workout habits . 

Since becoming a personal trainer and Yoga instructor I have developed more broadened knowledge of fitness,anatomy,physiology and nutrition .
