Dennis Fuhr

    I have been a sports and fitness enthusiast my entire life. Enlisted in the United States Marine Corps after a year at Loyola University. While in the Marines, I became very interested in Fitness and became a personal trainer. Honorably Discharged from the Marines and worked as a Fitness Director, Personal Trainer and Group Fitness Instructor while finishing college. I created successful, long lasting, trademarked Fitness programs (Semper Fit Boot Camp TM, INTENCity Fitness TM, B.O.S.S. TM). Currently, my wife and I are instructors and studio owners of barre3 North Plainfield. I am also currently a 22 year career firefighter and paramedic.
