I've never been a good gym-go'er. The various machines and exercises were always so intimidating. But dancing... dancing has always been my passion! I've been dancing since I was a child, from ballet to latin ballroom to hiphop to traditional folkdance, t has always been my happy place. It was only natural that I found myself on the path to health and wellness through dance fitness.
I am ZIN™ certified, teaching Zumba® and STRONG by Zumba® (a high-intensity interval training (HIIT) group fitness) classes, and also teach focused-strength training Barre classes (a ballet inspired fitness class). While form is always my #1 priority, having fun and feeling good about your movement comes a close second. If you're not having a good time, if you're not inspired to move, you'll never want to make the changes you need, to lead a healthier, more movement filled life!
