Cindy is a certified personal trainer with the American Council on Exercise. She has a passion to help others become the strongest, fastest, healthiest version of themselves.
Cindy pushes clients outside of their comfort zone with functional fitness and out of the box thinking.
A life long fitness enthusiast which includes multiple trail and half marathons, 4 marathons and an ultra marathon. Last year she completed her first Tough Mudder and is looking forward to completing many more.
