Brandi Stoner-Bogue

Brandi Reed Bogue, M.S.Ed, 200 RYT


With a background in counseling and education, Brandi’s approach to yoga is one that honors the mind/body connection through the practice of mindful movement, breath and meditation. Her yoga journey began over 8 years ago when she sought to decrease stress and anxiety in her busy life. She believes that yoga is an amazing practice that can be a true blessing for anyone, whether they are seeking the physical or mental benefits.


Brandi loves to share yoga with students of all level, ages and abilities. She has experience teaching vinyasa, restorative, yin and yoga for athletic teams. Her classes are a safe space to take a break from doubts, fears, judgements or expectations and just be.

Brandi completed her 200 hour teacher training at Lean Body Barre in Aberdeen, is registered with Yoga Alliance and regularly enjoys attending workshops and continuing education trainings to expand her practice.
