Yoga has been part of Melanie’s life since 1999.
In 2012 she found her passion in hot Yoga and began practicing daily. Her love for yoga grew even more and eventually that lead her to complete her 500 hour training Montreal in October 2017.
Melanie teaches yoga full time in Montreal, Quebec and she believes that yoga holds a place for everyone. In her classes, Melanie brings a playful approach to the practice, and encourages her students to practice mindfulness and self acceptance throughout their practice.
