Kelly is a certified Health Coach and fitness instructor who embodies a commitment to personal wellness through a variety of diverse fitness programs including, but not limited to: yoga, spin, strength and conditioning, HIIT circuit training, kickboxing, and boot camp-style classes. She teaches at a few different studios in the Boston area and works with a wide variety of clients. She specializes in promoting intentional movement and mind-body connection and welcomes all fitness levels to her classes. You are guaranteed to have fun and feel great afterwards!
