I have spent all of my life as an active fitness enthusiast. I love what I do! People come to me because I am safe, fun, and effective as a trainer/ instructor. I vacation in Mexico sometimes twice a year and I always see classes and say to myself I should be teaching that class! I love people, dancing and having fun! I'm a natural born leader so I'm never shy and love to teach fun workouts!
