Bonnie Cywinski

The Sutres, the precision of alignment, meditation, and the teachings of balance of body, mind and soul have made me fall in love with the philosophy and practices of yoga.

To bring this joy to others is my most satisfying reason for teaching.

I found yoga later in life and have been a devout practitioner since my initial days learning Ashtanga flow.  My personal philosophy focuses on the integration breath and movement to receive maximum benefits from the practice.

Meeting my students where they are and working with them to be stronger, go deeper and release all that is not serving them is one the greatest satisfaction I receive from teaching.

I teach a vinyasa flow, hatha, and yoga trapeze.  Regardless of which class you attend, I will create a space for you to feel safe, authentic and energized.

Additionally, I am the mother to an adventurous son, wife to a loving man, and caretaker to a playful Australian Shepherd.  When not doing yoga, traveling, or working in private equity, I enjoying reading, scuba diving, cooking, knitting and writing.
