Before I became a yoga instructor I have worked at Toronto International airport as a customer service supervisor for 13yrs. once I found out I was pregnant I knew I had to change careers from the fast paste stressful environment to a more suitable one for our new family life.
My yoga practice began as means of getting fit and stress relief, the emotional and physical bond to yoga started after I have completed my first trimester of pregnancy and was introduced to the pre-natal classes. Instantaneously I knew this is a beginning of a journey of an emotional and physical growth within the fascinating yoga world.
My introduction to dance and movement started at a young age, it allows me to connect to yoga in a very distinguished way. Yoga for me means self-healing and self-expression through the movement. I integrate movement in my classes to add creativity and explore our body through the rhythm of our breath and music. I like to challenge my students with respect of being tuned to their own body and its limits.
Yoga for me is a lifelong journey of continuous study and exploration of my body in space.
