Cassandra "Cassie" Slaby

My name is Cassie I am 35 years old and live in Madison, WI and absolutally love teaching yoga! My goal is that every person can enjoy yoga of some form no matter what they are dealing with in life. I teach yoga as my full time adventure :) I teach classes that vary from slow flows, core and power flows to HITT yoga classes! Along with the yogi life I enjoy spending time with my family and doing anything I can outside in the sunshine (which is hard to come by in Wisconson).
