Paul Trinkoff

Dr. Paul Trinkoff is a Chiropractor who has maintained a private practice in Orangeburg, NY for the past 34 years. A former All-American soccer player, he is also an Injury Prevention Specialist, Certified Fitness Trainer and Strength and Conditioning Coach. His expertise in Biomechanics and Ergonomics makes him a well sought out speaker for companies such as Chrysler, Boeing, Microsoft, NBC, Ryder and Volvo. His easy to understand and integrative lecture style allow immediate implementation of what his students just learned.

Dr. Trinkoff's specialty is working with athletes, recreational to professional and helping them achieve optimal physical fitness. Dr. Trinkoff has spent many years studying the fields of static (postural) and dynamic (muscular movement) problems that affect the human skeletal structure. Quite often, he can find the weak link which everyone has overlooked. He does this by analyzing the human frame as a whole, then correcting faulty movement patterns, identifying tight or inhibited muscles and analyzing and correcting posture.

With his certification as a fitness trainer he  helps you achieve the level of fitness you desire by designing a workout program specific to your needs. In his role as the Strength and Conditioning Coach for Dominican College, Blauvelt, NY, he works with NCAA Athletes to work their bodies to be allow his players to achieve the highest levels of their individual sports.  Each program done in both individual and group settings are sought after by these athletes.  By customizing the program to the individual and to the sport that the team as a group is competing.  He has worked with all levels of athlete from recreational to professional.  His vibrant teaching style makes his students excited to participate in his workouts and classes.

As a Chiropractor and a Fitness Trainer, his patients are treated as an entire entity and not looked at as a bad back or neck. Humans are dynamic organisms, with often complex variety of factors that have led to a breakdown somewhere in the system. Properly analyzing these factors and employing a targeted approach at fixing the person, not just the symptom, is the focus of Dr. Trinkoff's approach.

As a Group Fitness Instructor and Strength & Conditioning Coach, he teaches young(recreational), NCAA athletes, Professional athletes and Seniors (older adults) how to achieve their optimal fitness level.
