Being a gymnast and competitive cheerleader, Amanda has been practicing flexibility, strength training, and movement since childhhood. After leaving the cheerleading world in 2011, her grandmother inspired her to try a Yoga class. She was immediately hooked admiring the physicality of it and moved at how the practice was an oasis from the thinking mind. The practice of Yoga began to change the way she saw the world, and she knew she wanted to incorporate yoga in her life as much as possible and share the practice with others.
