Amy Stephens

April 1998 Amy received her yoga teacher training and in 2018 is celebrating 20 years of teaching to a wide variety of students.  She has worked extensively with Anodea Judith on the foundation of 7 Chakra Healing and is also a Healing Touch Certified Practitioner and an Advanced Crystal Master.     Amy's goal is make each person comfortable in class and also works with Silver Sneakers, Silver and Fit as well as those with limited range of motion.   With her wide range of teaching skills she loves to teach yin, restorative as well as the traditional Hatha yoga classes.  Looking for a stronger Vinyasa flow class, she can dish that out too
