I have been teaching a variety of yoga styles for 5 years to both adults and teens. Yoga makes me feel light and free. I love to share what I know and learn from others equally. The mind body balance that yoga provides can help anyone to alleviate feelings of stress, anxiety and depression. I truly believe that every person has something to learn from a regular yoga practice.
