I began practicing yoga 8 years ago as a way to do something for me. It was so motivating, I couldn’t get enough. Being a full time elementary school teacher, I thought I'd never teach yoga.  I really just wanted the experience of deepening my practice, so I enrolled in a teacher training. It was, by far, one of the best experiences of my life.  When you let yoga into your life, it becomes more than just a practice.  You find yourself moving your body into poses during the normal course of a day.  Yoga has become a life style, one that I love sharing with others.  I teach to my fellow colleagues, students, friends and family. I have designed workshops for various routines that I offer throughout the year, including Vinyasa style, yoga for athletes and partner yoga.  I want to share my love of yoga and facilitate an awareness that yoga can improve strength, flexibility, and balance for everyone!
