I am a certified Yoga instructor. I completed the Yoga Alliance 200 hour Yoga Teacher Training through Backwards Yoga, in Eldridge Iowa, in March of 2018. I am Barre Certified through Barre Above in November 2018. I am a fully time counselor by day and also hold Master Degrees in Counseling, Vocational Rehabilitation, Mental Health and K-12 School Counseling.
