Tricia Smith

My name is Tricia Smith, I am a licensed dental hygienist, but fell in love with Zumba!!!    I teach Zumba, Zumba Gold and Aqua Zumba. Aqua is my favorite class to teach. I like to use a variety of music; Latin, popular and maybe even a country song!!!!  Come join my class for a fun filled workout that doesn’t even feel like exercise....just a whole lot of fun. You’ll get your workout in for the day, and leave with a smile on your face.
