Tina Glass is an ACE certified personal trainer with more than 16 years of experience. She is the owner of Results by Tina personal training studio in Little Rock, Arkansas. Tina is a fitness nutrition specialist and is a national ranked NPC figure athlete. She is the 2012 Arkansas State Figure champion. Tina finds fullfillment in helping others reach their goals. She has experience working with people of all ages and fitness levels. Tina has been featured on Fox News as a professional fitness trainer and has been featured in a national published magazine, Oxygen Fitness Magazine (March 2015)
