Christin Sharrock

While attending Southeast Missouri State Univeristy, I aquired my personal training certification to earn additional income while completing my studies.  After two years, I received an Associate's degree in Physical Therapy and became licensed as a Physical Therapist Assistant.  I worked as a PTA and personal trainer while pursuing a degree in Exercise Physiology and Sports Medicine.  Since graduating in 2003, I have also completed instructor certification for group fitness, aquatic fitness and Pilates.  Over the past 18 years, I've had the opportunity to instruct classes in multiple fitness facilities, as well as, provide private sessions.
