Growing up Kellie spent most of her time being active riding and showing horses. A near-fatal car accident in her teenage years left her with a severe head injury and broken back. She spent years in and out of hospitals and doctors’ offices. During this time, Kellie fell into an inactive and nutritionally-deplete lifestyle. She had to make a change. She began taking group exercise classes such as aerobics, kickboxing, and yoga. Kellie found she loved health and fitness so much, she became a certified personal trainer, yoga instructor, and massage therapist and most recently a level 1 crossfit trainer.
All this experience, training, and education gave Kellie valuable tools to educate others on the importance of creating, maintaining, and sustaining a mind/body balance in order to achieve their goals. Kellie broke over 20 bones, including back and skull, and didn’t begin her transformation to better health until the age of 24. If Kellie can do it, then so can you!
