Deborah Lonick

I have a lifetime of living fit and experiencing the world!  I am currently a 200 Hour RYT Yoga Instructor and am self-employed as a Yoga instructor in my community of 10,000. I am also an ACE-Certified Health Coach and Group Fitness Instructor and have been teaching for 25 years.  Living a good life is my passion.  I love traveling and meeting new people of all ages.
