Christy Bindner

I have been in the fitness industry for four years. I started as a group exercise instructor in college at University of Northern Iowa. I earned my AFAA certification in the Spring of 2005 and have been teaching kickboxing, muscle conditioning, aqua aerobics, and bootcamp interval classes ever since. I am currently the Operations Manager for the Metropolitan Club Fitness Center in the Sears Tower in Chicago as well as a group exercise instructor. I am also currently studying for my first certification for Personal Fitness Training. I intend on becoming certified in the Spring of 2007 and continue my education and career from there. My experience in this field has been very positive and I look forward to being a vital part in changing lives and improving the quality of life for my clients.
