After ten years of working a professional level within the mental health field I took a leap of faith to devote myself to the health and wellness industry. After experiencing the greatest loss of my life to this date, I have found something in yoga that I cannot find anywhere else and I want to bring that sense of peace, self-love, and passion to others when I interact with others and when I teach classes. Beyond my yoga and meditation practice and teaching, I am an independent consultant as a holistic health and wellness coach. I provide a significant amount of experience and knowledge within the following areas: stress management, adrenal fatigue, mindfulness, grief and loss, mental health coaching, co-parenting and relationship coaching, motivational interviewing, fitness programming and design, nutrition and self-esteem coaching.
